Our ongoing monthly social media management packages are designed for therapists who want consistent, confident visibility online - without juggling all the moving parts themselves. Yes! Even though I’m based just outside of London, I work with therapists all over the world - especially in the United States, Canada, Australia, and of course the UK. Because everything I do is virtual, my services are accessible no matter where your practice is located (as long as you have WiFi and a cup of coffee nearby).

Yes and here’s how. At VA For Therapists, we don’t offer administrative services, meaning we never handle client records, session notes, or personal health information. For marketing support, we only access platforms and tools you explicitly grant permission for - usually your social media accounts, website, or email marketing systems. We are also GDPR registered and follow strict data protection practices to keep your information safe. You remain in full control of your clinical boundaries, and we encourage strong disclaimers on all therapist-run social platforms.

Totally okay. Not every therapist is ready for a monthly package, which is why I offer one-off services like strategy sessions, audits, content templates, branding, and social media setups. These are perfect for therapists who want guidance or direction, but aren’t ready to outsource everything just yet. You can always come back for more - I’ll be here.

I get it, commitment can feel big (and your schedule is likely already full). That’s why all ongoing monthly packages start with a 1-month trial. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, you don’t need to give any notice. After that, there is a 28-day notice period, giving us both time to wrap things up smoothly. Some therapists work with us for a month… others have stayed for 3+ years. You choose what works for you.
